Soundbank support

Help with Soundbank Awesome Mix Vol. 1 and creator clips.

Listen to Volume 1

Open Soundbank and press Play the mix, or choose any track. Search by title or filter by collection. Web playback needs an internet connection. The iPhone app includes its music for local listening.

Create a social clip

In the iPhone app, open Create, select a Soundbank track, choose the start and clip length, preview it, and use the system share sheet to send it to an editing app or save it to Files. Soundbank does not accept personal music uploads.

Playback troubleshooting

Check your device volume and selected output. On the website, press Play to start audio; browsers may block playback until you interact. If a track cannot load, check your internet connection or try another track. If a speaker cannot connect in the app, check local-network permission in Settings and confirm both devices use the same network.

What is included?

Volume 1 focuses on curated music, listening, playlists, and social clips in the iPhone app. The web experience plays Awesome Mix Vol. 1. Voice recording, transcription, and music uploads are not included.
